with Shelly & Amanda Brooks of Imrama Journey
March 22nd. @ 7pm

Dancing is a primordial force that has been around as long as the first tone or drum existed. On this journey we will use it to connect with our ancestors.
We will start with a Cacao Ceremony move into the dance area, warm up with movement and short breath work. We will then guide you through the start the dance with a guided ancestral meditation as you start to move to the music and begin your Ancestral Spirit Dance. The evening will end with a Sound Bath.

Drumming is about using the drum or other instruments to express yourself. Sometimes it’s hard to say how you are feeling or to even talk about it. But through instruments we can say so much. It can give us a way to get in touch with our soul and our hearts.
Drumming is an ancient form our ancestors used in connecting with spirit. To tap in the heartbeat of the earth and the universe. Let’s bring that connection again in a circle of drum beats. If you feel the need get up and dance.
Join us on this beautiful journey into the realm of drumming and dancing.
